You can choose to receive marketing and promotional messages from your favorite businesses by email, text message, or neither (none). Turning off marketing messages from a business won't disable your appointment notifications unless you set your Appointment Reminders to None. Ideally, we recommend changing your Notification Settings in your customer profile to select which businesses you want to hear from so you don't miss out on their important announcements, special promotions, and direct messages.
Prerequisites: A Vagaro user account is required to complete this procedure.
To select what notifications and messages you receive from Vagaro and Vagaro businesses:

Go to your notification settings in your customer profile.

In the Vagaro App: At the bottom of the screen, select your profile icon, and then select Notification settings.

On Vagaro.com: At the top of the screen, select your profile icon, and then select Notification settings.

Select the notifications you wish to receive:

Appointment Reminders: Select whether you want to receive reminders for upcoming appointments at the businesses you've booked with in an Email, Text, Push Notifications, or None. You can select any or all notification types.

Subscribe to Marketing Campaigns: Select which businesses can send marketing messages to you and whether you want to receive them via Email or Text, or None at all. The businesses you see in this list are only those that you have booked services or classes with, purchased something from, or that have you on their customer list.
Important
Businesses may occasionally send out forms and other information before and after your appointments. Opting out of marketing campaigns may prevent you from receiving these messages.

Vagaro Emails: Select whether you want to receive promotional and marketing emails from Vagaro.

Vagaro Text Notification: Select whether you want to receive promotional and marking text messages from Vagaro.

Select Save Changes.
