If you want to opt out of the two-way texting feature, toggle off Allow 2-Way Texting With Your Customers in your Text Messaging Plan settings. Customers will no longer be able to text the number associated with your business or use your messaging plan. To prevent customers from contacting you entirely, you must also turn off Show Contact Information in your Business Profile Settings.
To turn 2-way texting with your customers on or off

Go to Connect by Vagaro:

On a Phone or Tablet: Download or open the Connect app.

Web Version: Log in to your Vagaro business, then select the Chat Bubble button.

Scroll down to Allow 2-Way Texting With Your Customers and turn it off.

Confirm that you want to turn this setting on or off.

To prevent customers from contacting you entirely:

Go to your Business Profile settings.

On a Phone: Go to → → .

On the Web, Tablet, or Pay Desk: Go to → .

Toggle Show Contact Information off.

Select Save.
