You can hide the Message button on your Vagaro Listing Page to prevent customers from contacting your business directly through Connect. While this setting prevents most messages through Connect, you may receive messages if a customer contacts your Vagaro number directly or replies to a text campaign.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To hide the Message button from your booking page:

Go to your Business Profile settings:

On the Phone: Go to → → .

On the Web, Tablet, or Pay Desk: Go to → .

Scroll down to Show Vagaro Connect Messaging and toggle it off.

Select Save.
