With Connect by Vagaro's seamless integration with the Multi-Location feature, enterprise and multi-location businesses can stay connected with all their employees and customers.
Messaging Customers: If customer syncing is configured in your Multi-Location settings, the customers of all locations within a multi-location group will be combined together into one large customer list. A location within that group can then search for and message any customers from that combined set of customers, even if that customer was originally created at another business. Note that any chats with that customer will only be saved at the business; other locations will not see those messages.
Note
Customers can only be synced from within a group. If your locations are separated into multiple groups, one location can't message a customer from another group.
Messaging Team Members: To ensure all multi-location businesses stay connected, you're able to message any team members from within your organization on Connect by Vagaro.
