Cancelling your messaging plan will prevent you from sending text messages through Connect and will stop all recurring text campaigns you created. Also, you will permanently lose access to the toll-free number provided by Twilio. You will receive a new number from Twilio if you sign up again and will need to go through the twilio approval process again.
Important
If you turn off this feature before your billing date, you will still be charged at the end of your billing cycle, regardless of when you deactivated it.
Prerequisites: The steps below require a Messaging Plan.
To cancel your plan:

Go to Text Messaging Plans.

On the Web, Tablet, or Pay Desk: Go to → .

Under your plan, select Deactivate.

Select Yes, Deactivate to confirm.
