Download Your Payroll and Other Tax Forms

The forms you signed when you were onboarded to your business's payroll, as well as your annual tax forms, are still available in your employee profile. When your Form W-2 (for employees) or Form W-9 (for contractors) is available, you'll receive an email and a notification in your Notification Panel Bell Icon.

Prerequisites: This feature requires Vagaro Payroll and is available only to businesses in the US.

View Tax Forms from a Notification

Selecting to view your tax forms from a notification automatically takes you to the Documents tab in your employee profile.

To view and download your tax forms through a notification:

  1. In the tax availability email or notification, select View.

  2. Select the Documents tab.

  3. Select a Document Name to view a document, or select Download in the Action column to save it to your device.

On a Phone

To view and download your payroll and tax forms in your employee profile:

  1. Go to More → Settings → Employees → Employee Profiles.

  2. Select Employees to view the employee list.

  3. Select the employee's profile.

  4. In the employee's profile, select the Action kebab menu, then select Payroll.

  5. Select the Documents tab.

  6. Select a Document Name to view a document, or select Download in the Action column to save it to your device.

On the Web, Tablet, or Pay Desk

To view and download your payroll and tax forms in your employee profile:

  1. Go to Settings → Employees → Employee Profiles.

  2. At the end of the row of the employee's profile, select the Action kebab menu, then select Edit Profile.

  3. Select the Payroll tab.

  4. Select the Documents tab.

  5. Select a Document Name to view a document, or select Download in the Action column to save it to your device.
