You can configure the Customer List report to see who has booked the most appointments at your business over time or a set date range.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To run the report:

Go to the Customer List Report:

On the phone: Go to

On the web, tablet, or Pay Desk: Go to

Open your advanced filters.

On the phone: Select the Filters button in the top-right corner.

On the web, tablet, or Pay Desk: Select the Advanced Filters menu.

Optionally, in Advanced Filters, select Date Range and choose a range for your report. The report will display all historical data if you don't select a date range.

Sort the report by appointments booked:

On the phone: From within Advanced Filters, scroll to the bottom of the screen, select Sort By, select Booking, and then sort by Lowest to Highest or Highest to Lowest.

On the web, tablet, or Pay Desk: Close Advanced Filters, open the Sort By menu, select Booking, and then sort by Lowest to Highest or Highest to Lowest .

Select Run Report.
