Activating the Forms feature also allows you to create additional SOAP note templates for your business.

Prerequisites: This feature is only available on the web, tablet, or Pay Desk version of Vagaro.
To activate the Forms feature:

Go to Forms.

Web Version: Select Forms at the top of the screen.

On a Tablet or Pay Desk: Select Forms at the bottom of the screen.
