What happens if my deposit fails?

A failed deposit happens when a payout cannot be transferred into your or an employee's bank account because of incorrect banking information, a mismatch between the legal business name and bank account name, or the bank account is closed or frozen.

It can take up to two to three business days for a deposit to be returned to Vagaro, and another business day, depending on the day of the week or holiday schedule, to deposit those funds into your account after correction.
