If you see a discrepancy between your 1099 and what you see in your Vagaro report:

Check that you are looking at GROSS sales vs. NET sales. The 1099 lists GROSS sales.

If you have a multi-location business, be sure you're looking at the right business.

Is the Include Past Employees filter checked when you run reports? The 1099 data is based on all processed transactions within the year. (When comparing to your Reports, make sure the Include Past Employees filter is checked.)

Remember that REFUNDS are not deducted from the reported Gross Sales amount.
