Sell a Product or Product Bundle at Checkout

Selling products is a great way to boost income for your business. You can sell them on your Vagaro Listing Page, custom website, or in-house at Checkout. You can also group products together to sell as a bundle.

Prerequisites: Create at least one product in Inventory Management.

Sell a Product

To sell a product or product bundle at checkout:

Go to Checkout.
Select Shopping Cart.
Select Add Item, then Product.
Manually select a product or scan the product barcode:
- Select a Product: Select the products or bundles, then select Add at the bottom of the screen. You can use the Search bar to find specific products.
  
  Tip
  
  Product bundles have the Gift Box icon beside the Product.
- Scan Barcode: Select the Barcode button, then use your phone's camera to scan the product's barcode.
Optionally, change the product quantity by swiping left on the item, then select + or -.
Optionally, if you've set up a commission system, give credit to the correct Service Provider. Each product shows the service provider attached to it.
1. Select the item to make changes.
2. Select Service Provider and select another provider.
3. Select Save.
Select Done to return to the Checkout screen.
Take payment for the product and check out the customer.

To sell a product or product bundle at checkout:

Go to Checkout.
You can add products or bundles from your product menu, or by entering the product's barcode.
- Scan or Enter the Product's Barcode:
  1. At the bottom of the screen, select the Scan Barcode or type it box.
    
    Note
    
    On a tablet, select the Scan button in the bottom-left corner to scan the barcode with your device's camera.
  2. Scan the product with the Vagaro barcode scanner or enter the barcode manually.
- Manually Select Products:
  1. At the bottom of the screen, select the Product button to show a list of your products and bundles. You can change the view by selecting:
    
    List View: Show a detailed list of the products you sell.
    
    Gallery View: Show a list of products, including images.
  2. Optionally, use the Search bar to find individual products.
  3. Select the products to be purchased, then select Add Product.
    
    Tip
    
    Product bundles have the Gift Box icon beside the Product.
Optionally, if you've set up a commission system, give credit to the correct Service Provider.
Take payment for the product and check out the customer.
