Password Reset for Vagaro Customers

This Forum will go over how to perform a Password Reset for Vagaro Users.


Go to and click on Sign In. When the user types in their login info and are prompted with an Incorrect Username or Password or This Email ID is already in use message when trying to log in they will need to perform a Password Reset to get their login information.

Once they click on   Sign In they would just need to click on the Forgot Password link.



Once the client clicks on Forgot Password? the client will be prompted with this screen.



The user will just need to input their email and they should get a password reset email from Vagaro. If the client does not receive the email have them check their spam and junk folders.
