To reset a password if you're having a difficult time accessing the customer account, follow the steps below when using a mobile device or computer.
On the Vagaro App
1. Tap Forgot your password.
2. Enter the email address on file. Then tap Send.
3. Log into your email on file. Locate an email that states, "Password Reset." Then tap the Click Here link.
4. Enter the new Password. Tap Submit when you are done.
5. Tap Submit.
On the Computer
1. Click Login.
2. Click Forgot your password?
3. Enter your email address. Then, click Send.
4. Go to your email on file. Locate an email that states, "Password Reset." Then click the Click Here link.
5. Enter the new Password. Then, click Submit.
6. Your Password has been reset.
