To edit a client's profile, follow these steps.

Go to the Customers page, find and select a customer.

Select the Profile tab and click Edit Profile.

You can add or change the following on the web version:

Email address
-
First and last name
-
Phone numbers (mobile, day and night phone)
-
The customer copied on appointment notification emails
-
Birthdate
-
Gender (optional)
-
Customer since
-
Appointment reminder settings, whether they receive notifications through email, text, or push
-
General tags or identifiers
-
Referred by: The person who referred this customer to your business
-
Online booking status: Allow, Require Acceptance (you must approve), Block (they can't book online)

Mailing address
-
-
Click Update when you are finished with the edits.
