Businesses can edit a customer's contact information only if they are a client of the business; otherwise, only customers can update their information by logging into their Vagaro account.
Important
If a customer profile is attached to multiple businesses, then the client will need to update their name and contact information themselves. The business will not be able to update the First Name, Last Name Mobile Phone, Day Phone, Night Phone, and Email of these customers.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To edit a customer's profile:

Go to Manage Customers.

In Vagaro Pro: At the bottom of the screen, select Customers.

On the Web: At the top of the screen, hover over Customers, and then select Customer Management.

Search for and select the customer profile to edit.

On the Profile tab, select Edit.

Update the customer's profile as required. See Create a New Customer Profile for a description of each field.

Select Save.
