In this article we are going to show you how to edit customer profiles, including changing their information and also how to see the history of their appointments, products, gift certificates and more.
1. To get started click on Customers.
2. Click on Select Customer / Phone. Select Customers name.
3. To adjust the customers information click Edit.
4. In this section you will be able to adjust their information such as name, email address, phone number and more.
After making any adjustments click Update Changes.
5. In this area you will be able to see their Appointment history, Products purchased, IOUs, Notes, Gift Certificates, Packages, as well as Memberships they have purchased.
6. In this area you will see the customers information, such as Total amount paid, Cancellations in last year, Total No. of Bookings, Points Balance and more.
