Edit customer profiles, make edits to Customer contact information and keep tabs on customer appointment histories as well as all products, packages, memberships, and gift certificates purchased by customers with the Customer Edit feature.
Please note: There is no way to edit multiple customer profiles at once. You can only edit one customer profile at a time.
1. To get started click on Customers.
2. Click on Select Customer / Phone. Select Customers name.
3. To adjust the customers information click Edit.
4. In this section, you will be able to adjust their information such as name, email address, phone number and more.
After making any adjustments click Update Changes.
5. In this area you will be able to see their Appointment history, Products purchased, IOUs, Notes, Gift Certificates, Packages, as well as Memberships they have purchased.
6. In this area you will see the customers information, such as Total amount paid, Cancellations in last year, Total No. of Bookings, Points Balance and more.
