How Do I Run Reports on the Dashboard?
With the new Dashboard feature you will be able to keep track of your sales as well as see important notifications, appointment distribution, and much more.

This forum will go over the different widgets and what they do.
To access the Dashboard, Log in to Vagaro and then click on Dashboard.
Your Dashboard will look similar to the picture below. You will have Appointment Distribution, Important Notifications, Sales Break Down and Top 10 Sales Items. Stay tuned for more widgets.
You can filter the Appointment Distribution widget by Date as well as Providers.
The In House graph will display the number of appointments booked for the specified date, as well as what platform they were booked from by the business.
The Online graph will display the amount of appointments booked by customers as well as what platform they booked through.
To see the distribution of appointments by status (Confirmed, Canceled, etc.) select Status - Promotion in the drop down menu. This will also display the amount of appointments booked for a promotion.
The Status Wise graph will display the number of appointments Accepted, Canceled, etc. for the date selected.
The Promotion Wise graph will display the number of service that were booked as a promotion.
The Important Notifications widget displays Missing Clockouts, Pending Appointments, Pending Shipments, as well as the Low Quantity warning for your products.
When a notification is clicked, it will take you to the appropriate report. For example, when you click on the Missing Clockout notification, it will take you to the time card report.
Sales Break Down
The Sales Break Down can be filtered by Date as well as Providers.
This widget will display your Projected Service Sales, as well as the sales for Services, Products, Gift Certificates, and more.
Projected Service Sales are Appointments NOT Checked Out. As appointments are checked out, Projected Service Sales decreases and Services increases.
New Vs Returning appointments
The New vs Returning report can be filtered by Date, Providers as well as the type of appointment (New or Returning)
This graph will display the number of appointments booked in house if they are New, or Returning. It will also display the number of New and Returning appointments booked online.
When a widget is removed from the Dashboard, it is removed for all users on the account.
Open at Login - Configuration
Now each individual employee can set which screen they see when they first log in.
You can configure this setting by going to My Account, hover over Open at Login, then select Calendar, Checkout or Dashboard.
