SMS Text Message Plans

We now have an alternate way of sending text messages out to customers without having to select a service provider. We offer four different plans to choose from. This forum will go over those plans and how to use them.

To get a basic idea of how many text messages your business uses per month, and to better know what plan to select, use the following.

SMS Report

1. Go to Reports, then SMS Billing History

2. In this report you will be able to see how many text messages you are using, what plan you are on, how much you owe, and keep track of your plans.

The "choose mobile provider" box has disappeared. Are we now being forced to pay for the text notifications? I seriously do not mind adding a small amount of information to keep costs down. I will switch companies if this is the case.
