This article provides an overview of managing your inventory in Vagaro.
With Vagaro's Inventory feature, you can manage both products used in-house (color, shampoo, conditioner, capes, etc.) and products you sell to your customers. If you have the Online Shopping Cart activated, you can sell to customers through your booking page. Using features in Inventory Management, you can edit multiple items simultaneously using the Edit All and Mass Edit functions and keep track of all the products on your list.

If you want to sell products online, you must activate both the Online Shopping Cart and Credit Card Processing.

On a mobile device: Log in to the Vagaro Pro app and navigate to → → .

On a computer: From the Calendar screen, hover over → , then select Management.

On a tablet or Pay Desk: Log in to the Vagaro Pro app and tap the Inventory tab at the bottom of the screen.

Tap the

From the filters screen, you can filter by Brand and Product Type.

Tap Inventory Type to filter products by type. For example, all products for sale or just products for business use.
Tap Apply to close this menu.

Toggle Zero Quantity Products and/or Low Quantity Products to include products that need restocking.

You can also Sort and group your products by Barcode, Brand, Type, Name, and Quantity.
Tap Apply to filter your inventory.
You can filter and organize your Inventory Management screen for a high-level view of your products. For example, you can filter products that are out-of-stock or products from a specific brand.
Search and Advanced Filter options help you to find inventory items in a variety of ways.
Search for a product in your Inventory:

Enter any part of a product name, brand name, vendor name, product type, or barcode ID in the Search box.

You can also scan the barcode of your product.
Tap Search to find your products.
Filter products in your Inventory:

Expand Inventory Type to filter products by type. For example, all products for sale or just products for business use.

Select Zero quantity products only , Low quantity products only, or In Stock products only to view products that are in stock or have low/zero quantity.

If you expand Advanced Filters, you can filter your inventory management screen by Brand, Product Type (you must select a Brand first), and Vendors (not brand-dependent.)
Sort Your Inventory:
Change how your products are displayed on the online booking page or website. Strategically position products to support your sales strategy. Organize items by dragging and dropping them to the desired order or sort them automatically using the Sort feature on the Inventory Management screen.

Click Sort. Then select Online Products.

You can change how your products are displayed online on your booking page and website.

To sort products, click the Sort By drop-down menu, then select Brand, Product Type, or Price (High-Low or Low-High).

You can also organize the list by selecting and dragging products to a preferred spot. Click Save to finish.

The changes will automatically update on your Vagaro booking page, website, or widget once you click Save.
Print a paper copy of your inventory list or export the list to an Excel spreadsheet.

With Credit Card Processing activated, your customers can buy products through your online booking page.
Vagaro offers competitive credit card processing rates and a wide range of other benefits, including selling services, products, memberships, and gift certificates online. You can also store credit cards, create cancellation and no-show policies, and require credit card payments online. And you can get a FREE Credit Card Reader.
Activate the Online Shopping Cart in order to make inventory products available to your online customers.
If you need help adding products, email the inventory list in an Excel or CSV format to support@vagaro.com. For remote assistance, send a request to the same email. Put "Inventory Import" in the subject line so the request gets to the team faster.
