What to Do if Customers Have Log-in Issues
If a customer is having difficulties logging into their customer account, you can click on the Email login information in their profile to email them a temporary username and password. They then can use these credentials to access their account.

1. Click Customers.
2. Enter the customer's name.
3. Click Email login information. This action will generate an email which will be sent to the customer. The email will include the customer's current username and password.
4. Click OK.
5. The customer will receive their username and password via email.
