My Customers Can't Log In, What Should I Do?
Got a customer having log-in issues? No problem. It's an easy fix. Just pull up the customer's profile and click on the Email login information button. The client will then be emailed a username and password.

What to Do if Customers Have Log-in Issues
1. Click Customers.
2. Enter the customer's name.
3. Click Email login information. This action will generate an email which will be sent to the customer. The email will include the customer's current username and password.
4. Click OK.
5. The customer will receive their username and password via email.
