Customer Having Trouble Logging In (Not Password)

If your customer is having trouble with their log in name and/or password, you can help.


Go to Customers--> Select your Customer from the drop down list--> Click Email Login information


 Click OK


 This will send the customer their current Log in name and Password via their email




They will now have access to their profile with the User Name and Password.
