The CC Appointment feature allows you to copy a customer on the email notifications that are sent to another client. To learn more, follow these steps:
- Click Customers at the top of the screen.
- Select the client.
- Click Edit Profile.
- Select the customer under the CC Appointment Email to option. Then select click Update.
Copying Customers on Email Notifications on the Desktop Version
1. Click Customers at the top of the screen once you log in.
2. Select the customer.
3. Click Edit Profile.
4. Under CC Appointment Email to, select the customer you want to copy on the client's notifications. Click Update when you're finished.

I hate the fact you can only have one person with each email. It is so time consuming to try and find out who else shares email. So my girls are giving up even entering them! Please advise.
I agree with Tina. I just followed these steps. Hopefully this will work. But many of my clients bring in their young daughters and need appointments and receipts emailed to their already inputted email address.
