Make it easy for yourself. Manage multiple customer accounts with one email address in Vagaro. Let's take this for example. You have a customer whose daughter wants to book a hair-styling appointment as her prom is slated for tonight. Instead of entering a new email address when creating a profile for the daughter, the daughter can share or use her mother's address. Thus, both the mother and daughter can receive notifications when reminder or appointment emails are sent.
To get started, follow these steps:
- Click Customers at the top of the screen.
- Select the client.
- Click Edit Profile.
- Click Update after selecting the customer under the CC Appointment Email to option.

I hate the fact you can only have one person with each email. It is so time consuming to try and find out who else shares email. So my girls are giving up even entering them! Please advise.
I agree with Tina. I just followed these steps. Hopefully this will work. But many of my clients bring in their young daughters and need appointments and receipts emailed to their already inputted email address.
