How to CC Other Customers on Appointment Notifications
Make it easy for yourself. Manage multiple customer accounts with one email address in Vagaro. Let's take this for example. You have a customer whose daughter wants to book a hair-styling appointment as her prom is slated for tonight. Instead of entering a new email address when creating a profile for the daughter, the daughter can share or use her mother's address. Thus, both the mother and daughter can receive notifications when reminder or appointment emails are sent.
1. Click Customers.
2. Enter the customer's name.
3. Select the customer you would like to have CC'd on appointment emails.
4. Click Update Changes to confirm the update.
