A service bundle allows you to group up to six services and sell them together, typically at a discounted price. Service bundles can be used to group services together, like a couples massage or haircut and beard trim. You can also book multiple services and service providers at the same time.
Bundles are categorized as services and can be organized in your service menu. Once a bundle is created, you can sell it from your Custom Website or Vagaro Listing Page and Checkout.
Prerequisites: This feature requires that you must already have at least two services created and active.
When creating a service bundle, keep in mind:

Service bundles cannot include mobile services.

A service bundle cannot include both in-house and streamed services in the same bundle.

If you have configured gap processing time for a service in the bundle, you can edit it when you book the bundle for a customer.
To create a service bundle:

Go to → → .

Select Services.

Select Add, and then select Service Bundle.

Enter the Service Bundle Name and Service Bundle Description.

Select +Add New Service to add up to six services to the bundle:

Service: Select your services.
-
Price: Enter the discounted price for the service in your bundle. By default, the price you entered in your service menu is shown.
Tip
You can base the price on your employees' pricing for each service in the bundle by clearing the Price box.

Cleanup Time: Add a cleanup for the bundle in 5-minute increments, up to 120 minutes.

Configure the bundle's settings:

Active: Whether customers can purchase this bundle in-house.
-
Show Service Bundle Online: Only the bundle's name is displayed.

Show Price Online: Both the bundle and its price are displayed.
Note
Leave both switches off if you don't want to show the service bundle online.

Services Must be Performed in Order: Whether to prevent the services in this bundle from being booked in a different order.

Services can be performed at the same time: Whether the services in this bundle can be booked at the same time or back to back.

No: The services in this bundle cannot be booked and performed at the same time.

Optional: Services in this bundle may be booked together with different service providers or at different times with the same/different service providers.

Required: The services in this bundle must be booked and performed at the same time by two different service providers.

Optionally, to add an image to your bundle, select Add a Photo. You can use your device's camera or select an image from your photo library.

Select Save.
To create a service bundle:

Select the Services tab.

In the top-left corner, select the Add menu, then select Service Bundle.

Optionally, to add an image to your bundle, select Choose File or drag and drop an image into the box next to Title.
Tip
The image opens in the Vagaro Image Editor, where you can add filters and effects and change the image's orientation, size, and cropping.
The maximum file size is 4 MB. Picture dimensions should be approximately 798px (wide) x 894px (high).

Enter a Title and Description for your bundle.

Configure the bundle's settings:

Show Online: Whether customers can see or purchase this bundle on your Vagaro Listing Page.

Hide: The bundle will not be displayed online.

Bundle Only: Only the bundle's name is displayed.

Bundle & Price: Both the bundle and its price are displayed.

Active: Whether customers can purchase this bundle in-house.

Hi, Michelle. A bundle is made up of multiple services that the customer books at once at a special price, whereas a package is a group of pre-paid services that the customer can redeem over time; therefore, bundles cannot be added to packages.

Thank you, Kim. I have a package that includes 4 weekly treatments that are a bundle. For example package includes several different treatments. Microcurrent, Biorepeel, jet plasma. Each week the person come in for a bundle-jet plasma, Biorepeel, following week-microcurrent, jet plasma etc. is there a work around for booking? I made a package, under services, I made a bundle for booking under a category called specials so that the services were easy to book for the client and would consolidate the time needed as separate services take longer.

I would like to add Products to Service Bundles that are in Back of House Inventory items that when a Service is booked, it accounts for products in the Backbar to ensure have enough stock for them and they're deducting from my Backbar as the service is executed to control Inventory without requiring daily manual inventory adjustments for services and unnecessary shortages for reordering. Please advise.
