Adding your gift card images is a great way to personalize the gift cards you sell to customers in-house and from your online booking page. Also, our Design Services Team can help resize, create, and touch up your digital gift card designs if you need help.
Note
When uploading a photo to Vagaro, the image's dimensions must be 700 pixels (wide) by 400 pixels (high).
If you cannot add the image, send a request to support@vagaro.com. Our team can upload the photo for you. Put "Attn Graphics Team" in the subject line so your custom image upload request gets to the team faster.
Prerequisites: This feature is only available on the Web, Tablet, and Paydesk versions of Vagaro.
To add a new image for your gift cards:

Go to → → .

Select Gift Card Image.

Select Choose File to upload an image, or drag and drop an image from your device. The system will preview your design after you add an image.

Select the Font Color drop-down menu to select a font color for the gift card text.

Select Save.
The image has been added to your list of designs.

To rearrange the order of the photos, select and drag the image on the page.

To Edit, temporarily Deactivate, or Delete a design, hover over it, select the More
menu, and then select an option.

Customers can also purchase your gift certificates from your Online Booking Page. They can select from Gift Cards templates once they get to the site and browse through the templates you created.

can I edit the font and spacing?
Hi Diana,
Currently, you cannot edit the font or spacing for Gift Certificates.
However, you can submit a feature request for a change to be made.
