How to use the filter to find and edit packages

The following instructions will teach you on how to search and edit packages in the Packages menu. Editing a package can enable you to change what service the package can be used for as well as adjusting the amount of visits a customer has left. With these instructions you will also be able to view the status of packages to see if someone has already redeemed all of their visits in their package

1. Get to the Packages Report Menu: First click on Reports then click on Packages.

2. Choose a filter for your search results: Click on the Arrow on the Filter drop down menu to have the menu appear.

You can also filter your results by Package Status: Click on the arrow next to the All Packages drop down menu for the menu to appear.
