Your username and password are the credentials you use to log in to Vagaro. By default, the email address you registered with Vagaro is your username to log in to your Vagaro account. If you want your username to be more meaningful or casual, you can update it in your Vagaro profile. If your access level permits, you'll also be able to see or enter your security question and its answer to verify your identity when you contact Vagaro Support.
Tip
We recommend you and your team members change your Vagaro passwords regularly to help keep your Vagaro account safe.

It is important to know the answer to your security question. When you speak or chat with a Vagaro support agent, you will have to provide this word or phrase to verify your identity before we can assist with your Vagaro account. If you don't recall the answer to your security question, you can also provide the first two and last two digits of your SSN in your merchant account; otherwise, we can only answer general questions about using Vagaro and refer you to our support articles.
