Transaction List Filter:
Please note: Any transactions that happen after the 4 PM batch cut off time will be rolled over to next day's batch. You can remove a transaction from your Transaction List by undoing that appointment checkout from the Calendar.
The Transaction List is a useful tool to review any past checked out transactions. You can also use this list to view a copy of your customers' past receipts. The Transaction List Filter can be used to narrow down certain criteria in the report. The filter runs searches on customer's name, checked out by, transaction type, deposit in merchant account.
To view the Transaction List, hover the mouse over "Reports" -- click on "Transaction List"
In the Report Filter, set the "Date Range" that you would like to cover. Select "From" date to the "To" date to make a date range selection.
The Report can also be filtered by customer name or phone number. In the "Customer" drop down menu, type the customer's name in the text box. The name should automatically pull up; Click on the customer's name to run the report. If you would like to run all customers, do not type in a customer's name; just leave it blank.
"Show refunded items only" will only show any returned/refunded items on the transaction list.
"Deposit in Merchant Account" drop down menu will show the current list of service providers with a merchant account. Select the checkbox of each service provider to show the deposits in their merchant account.
In the "Transaction Type" section, select which transaction you would like to view by checking the "checkbox".
The Transaction List can be saved as "Excel" spreadsheet or printed to your local printer. To save your report as an excel spreadsheet click on the "Export" button on the lower left hand corner in the transaction list filter.
Finally, click on the "Search" button to run the report. If you need to start over in the Transaction List filter, click on the "Clear" button.
Click on the "Print" button to print out the report. Printing the transaction report - If you export the report to Excel it will include the totals for the columns.
