Configuring Your Calendar
This forum post will teach you how to customize your calendar to your liking and business needs. This main use for this is to create a comfortable work environment that you can use and customize to your liking. You can use customer retention tracking, view your calendar in weekly view, and much more!
Step 1. Go to Calendar then click Configuration
Step 2. Select a Service provider to Move them up or down the order on the calendar.
Step 3. Click the Arrow keys to move the selected Service Provide up or down and click Save
The Service Provider will remain at the selected position
Step 4. Select Week for default view when first logging and click Save.
The calendar will now be displayed in the Week format.
Step 5. Select a day of the week for Week View Starting Day and click Save
The week will now start on the day selected
Step 6. Insert the maximum number of service provider calendars you would like to view at one time.
The amount of calendars view-able will not go higher than the amount selected.
Step 7. Choose a calendar resolution so that time is separated by a set amount of minutes and click Save
This is used for more accurate scheduling for short duration type of appointments.
Step 8. Insert a Spacing Value for the calendar and click Save.
The value must be between 16 and 30 and the lower the number the more times will be displayed at one time on the calendar screen.
Step 9. Select to mark the current time and click Save.
A black bar will move throughout the day to display the current time.
Step 10. Select to Track Customer Retention and click Save.
Customer Retention Tags will now be displayed next to the customer's name
Step 11. Disable Label all calendar lines and click Save.
Calendar lines will be labeled every other fraction of time selected.
