What about if we need appointments every first Saturday - the same time every month, but not the first day? Thanks!
I had the same question. I have a client who wants to be the come in the first thursday of every month, but not necessarily every 4 weeks.
Is there any way to get a notification when a recurring appointment is about to end? Also is there a way that a recurring appointment can last longer then 2 years?
On Schedulicity we had the ability to have recurring appointments go on indefinitely. It made life so much easier.
I see here that the recurring appointments expiring bas been a problem for many years. As a salon software the appointment expiration makes no sense! If this is not changed in the very near future I will be looking at other booking apps. I have 170 clients that I service and 99% of them are recurring appointments. I do not have time to try and figure out when each appointment is going to expire and rebook. In addition, it very much inhibits booking new clients for fear I may book them in someone else's spot that has expired. Makes no sense!!! Very big problem withe program!!
Hi Angel... I looked at the feature requests and see MANY requests for no end date on recurring appointments. I'm sure that our developers are looking at all those requests, but I'll make a special mention of this issue. Meanwhile, if you want to take the time, find those requests and "up" vote them!
