To add a new employee, as well as hours and services to the profile, follow the steps below when using the mobile and desktop versions of Vagaro.

Let's get started!
Desktop Version
1. Click Settings.
2. Click Employee Profiles.
3. Click New Employee.
Note: Your licenses will update automatically when adding an employee. Click here for more information.
4. Enter the employee's Name, Contact Information, Birthday and Address. You can also add a Profile Photo on the right side of the screen.
5. Select 2-Step Verification to require the employee to enter a security code before logging in to the account. Select Show Contact email and phone on Vagaro to allow a customer to contact the employee on the online booking page. Then enter the employee's Bio.
6. Under Notifications, the employee can receive email, text, and push notifications about upcoming appointments.
Under Emails, select My Business to allow the employee to receive marketing emails from the business. Click Vagaro Emails so that the employee receives emails and announcements from Vagaro.
Click Next when you're ready.
7. Enter the Username, Password, and CardID (If your business uses timecards).
Select the Security Question, enter a Security Answer and then select the Employee Type as well as the Access Level.
There are two Employee Types: Account Admin and Service provider. Account Admins are free accounts that don’t have a calendar or working hours. A Service provider is a $10 per month profile that comes with calendar booking and working hours.
Click Next when you're finished.
9. Click Yes to confirm the cost of adding the new employee. You'll only see this popup if you're adding a service provider.
10. Select the toggle option on the left side next to the day to allow an employee to work on that specific day. A green color means that it has been turned on. Then select the Open and Close Times.
Remember, the business hours on the online booking page show the earliest and latest time for each day.
At the top-right of the screen, click Copy to all to copy the same times on Monday to the other days. This is helpful if you have an employee who works the same hours each day.
Click Next when you're good to go.
11. From the Service/Class Pricing Configuration page, you can select the services and classes you want the employee to provide.
Select the services and classes on the left side to add them to the profile. A checkmark means that it has been chosen. Then enter the Duration, Points Given (the number of points a customer collects when booking the service or class) and Points Redeemed (the number of points that is needed to get the service or class for free).
Click the red Edit button to add a new service or class to the account. This takes you to the Service/Class Menu where you can create the item.
Click Mass Edit to edit multiple services at the same time. Click this link for more information about the Mass Edit option.
To export the service/class listing to an Excel sheet, click the icon with the downward arrow at the top-right of the screen.
12. Click Save below once you're finished setting the Price, Duration, Points Given and Points Redeemed.
13. You're all set! Your license has been updated and your service provider has been added. A red highlight means the employee is missing information. Hover over details to see what exactly is missing.
Click the three dots on the right side of the screen to delete the employee. Select Active to deactivate the account temporarily.
Click Online Booking to allow or not allow the employee to accept online booking. A green color means that the employee is available for online booking.
Click Share Calendar to share the employee's appointments schedule with another program such as Outlook, Google, and iCal.
Mobile Version
1. To get to the Employee Profile screen, tap More from the bottom. Then tap Settings.
2. Select Employee Profiles under Employees.
3. You can see all the employees and as well as the number of licenses you have on the account. To add an employee, tap + New Employee.

4. Start by adding a Photo of the new employee.
5. Enter the Name, Email Address, Gender, and Birthday.
6. Add the Home Address and Phone Numbers.
7. Select 2-Step Verification to require the employee to enter a security code before logging in to the account. Select Show Contact email and phone on Vagaro to allow a customer to contact the employee on the online booking page. Then enter the employee's Bio.

10. Tap Yes to confirm the $10 per month cost of adding the employee.
11. From this page, can set up the working hours. Select the days you want the employee to work on the left side and then set the Open and Close Times. Tap Copy All from the top to set the same hours for each day. When you're good to go, tap Next.
12. You’ll be brought to the Service/Class Pricing Configuration for the employee. To enable a service, select the service. Then tap Enable when the popup appears. This changes the service from gray to white. You can do the same with categories of services. These are displayed in bold.
13. To edit the service, select the service. Then tap Edit when the popup appears.
14. Tap Save when you're ready.
15. The account license updates automatically once the employee is added. To delete an employee, tap the three dots. Then select Delete.
Select Active to temporarily deactivate the profile. Select Online Booking to allow or disable online booking for the employee. A green color means the option is turned on.
Tap Share Calendar to share the appointments schedule of the employee with an iCal, Google, or Outlook calendar.
16. If the employee is missing information, you'll see a red highlight. Hover over details to see what's missing.
