
We really don't want to see you leave but understand that you might need to cancel your Vagaro subscription.
Before you go, do you need to capture data from your sales and customer list? The first section of this article tells you how to export your sales and customer data. Then we'll tell you how to cancel your Vagaro account.
You can run and export your Sales Summary Report from both the Web and Mobile versions of Vagaro.

Navigate to Reports, then Sales Summary.

Choose a date range.
You can run this report for the entire time you've had your Vagaro business.

Accept the defaults of All Employees and All Customers.
(In Vagaro Pro, these and the advanced filters are found by tapping the
icon.)

Open Advanced Filters (in Vagaro Pro, tap the
icon) and select Tip and Past Employees to be sure you capture all sales data.
If your business has multiple locations, you can run separate reports for each location or select all locations.

Export or print your report.

Vagaro Pro: Tap the action menu and then select Print, Export PDF, or Export Excel.

Web: Click Print for a paper copy. Click Export and select PDF or Excel to export the report.

Navigate to Reports, then Customers.

Configure filters to capture all the customer data you want to save.

Log in. Tap More, then go to Settings and select Cancel My Account.

Under What is your reason for leaving, select the reasons for the cancellation. Enter additional information in the box under Any other feedback you want to share.
Click Cancel Vagaro Account after reading the cancellation policy and clicking the "I agree to the cancellation policy" box.

Confirm the request to cancel.
You'll receive a cancellation email once the account is canceled.

Log in, click the profile image (or initials) at the top of the screen., and then click Cancel Subscription.

Click Cancel Vagaro Account after reading the cancellation policy and clicking the "I agree to the cancellation policy" box.

Hi, I still can't find out how to cancel, based on the provided instructions, as none of the links you are referencing are showing up on my end.
