The Outcall/Mobile feature allows you to configure and select services that can be performed at a person's home or another location outside of the business. You specifically can add an estimated one-way driving time as well as an additional cost for providing the service.
To set the Outcall/Mobile Services, follow the steps below.
Let's get started!
Mobile Version
1. Tap More at the bottom of the screen. Then, tap Settings.
2. Tap Outcall / Mobile.
3. Enter the minutes in the box under One way driving time for Mobile services to show the amount of time that should be added to the appointment due to driving time. Other clients will not be able to book during this time slot.
4. Enter any additional costs for providing the mobile service.
5. Enter the point value in the box under Additional points redeemed for Mobile if you are running a points system.
7. Tap Save when you're finished.
8. Now that we have configured the Outcall/Mobile Services on the settings page, let's activate this option for the services we provide.
Tap More at the bottom of the screen.
9. Tap Settings.
10. Select Service/Class Menu.
11. Select the service you want to assign as an Outcall/Mobile Service.
12. Tap Edit.
13. Turn on the Outcall/Mobile option for the service. Tap Save when you're finished.
14. Now, when customers book an outcall service, they will be prompted to select an address where they want the service to be provided.
15. If the client selects Different Address, they'll be prompted to add another address.
16. You'll also see the Outcall option when booking an outcall service on the Calendar from the store location. Select the At customer's home option to get started.
17. Select At customer's home if the service is being provided at the client's home address.
18. If the service is being provided at a different location, select Other location.
19. Enter the address. Tap Done. Then tap Book when you're ready.
20. Once you book the service, you'll see it on your Calendar. A car icon on the appointment means that it is an outcall service.
Desktop Version
1. Click Settings.
2. Click Outcall/Mobile.

8. Now that we have configured the Outcall/Mobile Services on the settings page, let's activate this option for the services we provide. First, click Settings from the top.
9. Select Service/Class Menu under Things We Sell on the left side of the screen.
10. Click the Services tab. Find the service you want to assign as an Outcall/Mobile Service from the list. Click the three dots. Then select Edit.
11. Select Outcall/Mobile Service to enable the feature for that service. A green color means the option has been turned on. Click Save when you're finished, and you're all set!
13. Now, when customers book an outcall service, they will be prompted to select an address where they want the service to be provided.
14. If the client selects Different Address, they'll be prompted to add another address.
15. You'll also see the Outcall option when booking an outcall service on the Calendar from the store location. Under Outcall, select At customer's home if the service is being provided at the client's home address.
16. If the service is being provided at a different location, select Other location under Outcall. Then enter the address and suite or apt number.
17. Select Directions to get directions to the customer's address.
18. Once you book the service, you'll see it on your Calendar. A car icon on the appointment means that it is an outcall service.
