If you're using an iPhone/iPad and are unable to import your contact through the Vagaro Pro app, you can use the Contacts2 app to send your contacts to Vagaro support to be imported. Just follow the steps below.
1. Search Contacts2 in the App Store. Tap Open once you've located it.
2. Tap on the Excel icon.
Note: If you have more than 200 contacts, you will need to unlock the full version of this app by clicking on the Unlock Limit on the screen below.
3. You'll receive an email with a file of your contacts. Please send this email to support@vagaro.com.
Change the subject to Import Contacts
Include this information in the body of the email:
- Business Name:
- Owner:
- Employee:
Vagaro will then import your contacts. You'll receive an email once the process has been completed.
