Customers may choose to schedule an appointment with you directly by calling in or in-house instead of booking online.
Prerequisites: Available to all businesses; requires at least one service to be set up in your service menu.
To schedule an appointment for a customer in-house:

At the bottom of the screen, select Calendar.

In the top-right the top-right corner of the screen, select the Menu button, select the Search button , and then select Search for New Appointment.

Select the Customer (or add a new customer) and the Service to schedule.

Optionally, search for an appointment that is performed by a selected Employee and/or on a specific Date,

Scroll down through the search results and select one of the dates and times available below the service provider's picture.

Review and confirm the appointment's details:

Price: How much the customer is charged for this service.

Duration: Amount of time blocked off on the calendar to perform the service.

Deposit Due: How much the customer must pay before the appointment can be booked.

Resource: Any space or equipment limitations required to perform the service.

Service Location: (for mobile services only) Where the service is to be performed.

Appointment Note: Enter any notes about the customer or the appointment that the service provider should know. To attach any files,

Repeat: How often this appointment repeats. Select the frequency, the day(s) of the week, start date, and end date as required.

Select Book. The calendar displays the customer's appointment on the calendar for the service provider on the selected date and time.
To schedule an appointment for a customer in-house:

Go to the Calendar.

On the Web: At the top of the screen, select Calendar, then in the top-right corner of the screen, select the Search button to Search for New Appointment.

On a Tablet or Pay Desk: At the bottom of the screen, select Calendar, then select the Menu button in the top-right corner of the screen and select the Search button to Search for New Appointment.

Select the Customer and the Service the customer wants to schedule.

Optionally, search for an appointment that is performed by a selected Employee and/or on a specific Date.

Below the service provider's picture, select one of the available appointments.
