Customers may choose to schedule a class with you directly by calling in or in-house instead of booking online.
Prerequisites: Available to all businesses; requires at least one class to be set up in your Service/Class Menu.
To schedule a customer for a class in-house:

At the bottom of the screen, select Calendar.

In the upper-right the upper-right corner of the screen, select the Menu button
, select the Search button
, and then select Search for New Appointment.

In the Select Customer list, search for or select the customer who is signing up for a class.

Search for classes by filtering the following options, and then select Next.

Select Class: The class that the customer wants to attend.

Any Instructor: The instructor who is leading the class:

Live Stream and In-House Classes: Whether the class is offered online or at the business.

Optionally, select the Week when the class is to be held.

In the list of available classes, select Sign Up to add the customer to the class.

Review the customer's class information, and then select Add & Checkout.
To schedule a customer for a class in-house:

Go to the Calendar screen.

On the Web: At the top of the screen, select Calendar, then in the upper-right corner of the screen, select the Search button
, and then select Search for New Appointment.

On a tablet/Paydesk: At the bottom of the screen, select Calendar.

Select the Customer who is booking the class.

Select the Week when the class is to be held.

Optionally, search for classes by filtering the following options, and then select Next.

Select Class: The class that the customer wants to attend.

Next to the class to book, select Sign Up.

Review the customer's class information, and then select Add Attendee & Checkout.
