If you already have a customer list from another Vagaro account or another software (app-based or Web-based), you can transfer over your customer list, provided you have the authorization of the original account owner. You can also import your clients' information from an Excel spreadsheet, Google Mail, Outlook Mail, Yahoo Mail, or your mobile device.

Important
Once you've imported your information over from your previous system, only use Vagaro to manage your business, calendar, and customers; otherwise, your customer information will become out of sync, and you may need to import your customer list again.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
To import your customer list into Vagaro:

Go to the Import Management screen.

On a phone: At the bottom of the screen, select the More button, and then under the Business heading, select Import Management.

On a tablet: At the bottom of the screen, select Settings, and then under the Business heading, select Import Management.

On the Web: At the top of the screen, hover over Customers Settings, and then select Import Management.

Select Import under the method that you want to use to import your contacts, and follow the prompts or instructions on the screen:
