A service is an item or work that an employee provides for a single client, such as a haircut, a shave, or a massage. You can also group your services into categories to organize them and make them easier to find and display for yourself in Vagaro and for your customers on your Online Booking Page.
When you first signed up for Vagaro, you were asked to select your industry, which automatically added some categories and services to your service/class menu. The names of services and classes at your business also determine your business type. When you're ready to list the services and classes that you offer, you can edit the ones that were already added, add more Vagaro classes, or create your own.
After you have created some or all of your services, you can then sell them together in a bundle or for future bookings as part of a package.
Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.
Vagaro's Recommended Services lets you automatically build out your service menu by creating multiple at the same time. These services will already have their own descriptions, so you'll only have to provide their details, such as the price, service providers, cleanup time, booking method, and any add-ons. Also, Vagaro services are easier to find on the Vagaro Marketplace because they are worded and optimized to best match what customers search for.
