If your customers are not receiving your text marketing campaigns, it's possible they've opted out of SMS messages from your business. Customers can opt out of receiving text marketing campaigns from your business by texting any of the following messages to the phone number provided in your Text Marketing subscription:

If a user chooses to opt out of a messaging service's phone number, they will no longer receive any messages from that service. To resume receiving text campaigns, the customers must text your phone number (provided with Text Marketing) using one of the specified keywords to opt back in.

Note
Customers who opt out of other Vagaro businesses' text marketing campaigns do not affect your campaigns.
If customers no longer want to receive email or text campaigns from your business, they can change their notification settings within Vagaro.
