Stay organized with Vagaro's Form feature. With our HIPAA-compliant SOAP note management, you can filter, sort, or edit your existing templates and view your SOAP notes all in one place. You can also filter your templates by status, allowing you to view and manage both draft and published templates.
Before following the steps below, activate the Forms feature.
Creating and managing SOAP note templates is only available on the web, tablet, and Pay Desk versions of Vagaro.
View and manage your Draft and Published SOAP notes.

Click the Forms tab.

Click the All Types drop-down menu and deselect Form.

Filter your draft and published templates by expanding the All Status drop-down list. You can also individually search for templates in the search box.

Click any of the column headers to sort.

Under Status, you can view or edit your templates.

Click
to edit and publish your SOAP note.

Click
to view responses.

Click the
icon next to your template to access the following options:

Edit
-
Delete.

Duplicate: Creates a copy of the SOAP note in the Design window.

Note
You can only Edit, Delete, and Duplicate draft SOAP notes.

Once a SOAP note is attached to a customer's profile, the admin or owner of your business can view the completed SOAP notes for all your customers.

Click Forms.

To view completed SOAP notes, click the
icon next to the template, then select View Responses.

Click the Individual tab.

Open the drop-down list under Customer to select the patient you want to review.

Click Details to see the date and time the SOAP note was completed.
Note
You can also view SOAP notes from a customer's profile.
