The following sales reports allow you to select one or more of your multi-location businesses to view:

Transaction List

Sales Summary
-
Payment Distribution
-
Product Sales
-
Product Sales by Customer
-
Services/Classes
-
Trends

Navigate to
→ and select the report you want to run. -
Open the Filters section, tap Business Location , and select locations.
Note
The Filters section will have additional options, depending on which report you are setting up. The Business Location filter defaults to the location you are currently logged into.

Tap Select All to include all locations, or tap to select one or more of your locations.

Tap the back arrow to leave the Select Business screen, and then tap Run Report.
Note
The Transaction List report filter options look different from the other Sales reports.
With the Transaction List report, tap Apply Filter to run the report with your selected filters.
The name of the business that sold the product or provided the service/class is shown for each entry. This is report-dependent. The Transaction List shows the business name on the main screen, but the Sales Summary report only shows the business name when you drill down on a sales category.

Some actions, changing the Sold By employee or refunding a transaction, require that you be IN the location where the action occurs. A warning screen tells you to switch to the other location before continuing.

To issue a refund or change the Sold By employee from the Transaction List report:
