Importing customers is now easier than ever with the Vagaro Pro App. This forum is designed to show you how to import customers into your Vagaro Account from your mobile device.
If you are trying to import customers on Vagaro.com click Here.
1. To access this import, tap More in the bottom right and then tap Settings.
2. From the Settings menu tap Import Customers.
3. This message will pop up to prompt you give VagaroPro access to your contacts. Tap OK.
4. Tap the contact names of the customers you want to import. The toggle switch will be turned on for those you select. When you're finished tap Done at the top.
5. You will get this message letting you know that your contacts are in queue to import. Tap OK.
6. You'll get a summary of your import. You'll see the number of contacts that we're imported and the number of those that we're invalid. Tap the back arrow to be taken back to the settings screen.
Invalid occurs when one of more of the following is true:
1. The First or Last Name is missing.
2. The Email Address is not complete.
3. The Mobile Number is more that 10 digits.
