The 2-step verification feature provides extra security for the account, requiring you to enter a security code before logging in. This is helpful in preventing unauthorized access to the account.
To get started, follow these steps:
- Go to the Settings page. Then select Employee Profiles.
- Find the employee from the list. Then select the Profile button.
- Turn on the 2-step verification option to enable the feature. Then select Save.

1. Tap More.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Employee Profiles.
4. Find the employee. Then tap Profile.
5. Select the 2-Step Verification option. The green color indicates that the option has been turned on. Tap the switch again to disable.
6. Tap Save at the bottom of the screen.
Here's an example of an authentication code that's sent to the employee.
On the Desktop Version
1. Click Settings.
2. Select Employee Profiles on the left side of the screen.
3. Find the employee. Then click Profile.
4. Select the 2-Step Verification option to turn on the feature. Click on it again to disable. A green color means that the option has been turned on. Click Save when you are finished.

If a user attempts to log in from a new or unrecognized device, you will receive this notification. Click Reset Password to change your password.

So it is because I have a dynamic IP address both at home and at the spa, that is why I have to do this 2 step verification over and over?
