The Autofill Address Pop-up feature allows you to pull up a client's information much more quickly, populating suggested addresses when you enter them in any address field in Vagaro.
For this example, we'll enter a test customer's address.
-
Start entering the customer's address. Select the right address from the Autofill pop-up menu.
-
The selected address is used. Click Save to finish.
Note
Be aware of the Country option. Click the drop-down menu with a flag to select a country to search for your address entry.
Override Autofill
Sometimes autofill doesn't find the address you're entering. When this happens, you can override autofill with manual entry.
-
Enter the full address in the autofill entry box, and click Update.
Notice that autofill did not find an option to match the entry.
-
On the Verify Address screen, enter the complete address again.
If necessary, go back and reenter a field like City if the zip code entry causes a different name to be used.
-
Click Save.
-
Click Update to save the changed address.
The changed address is now stored in the customer's profile.

My issue is how to disengage autofill address? Some addresses are not found by Vagaro and when this happens it doesn't allow an address to be placed. I have "Contact" template for an intake form on Vagaro and if it doesn't find the address that is placed in it will not allow a freehand. So, how do I fix this?
Frustrating.
Lisette... I've created a ticket from your comment and you should hear from Vagaro Support. I don't have an answer for you, unfortunately.
I am having the same issue as Lisette. If the address is not found, clients can't input their address.
I just tried this with the Contact module in a test form. I found that, if I put the ENTIRE address in the one-line entry (123 Nowhere Street, Antioch, CA 94509 - for an example of a fake address), and then reentered it in the "are you sure" box exactly the same, the system accepted it.
I've also updated this article to provide instructions on overriding autofill. Hope that helps!
