The Facility Information page includes details about the business, including the cancellation policy, payment methods you accept, the different services you offer, as well as other types of information.
To update the facility details, follow these steps:
- Go to the Settings page. Then select Facility Information.
- Press Save. This updates the facility details on the online booking page.

Desktop Version
1. Click Settings.
2. Click Facility Information.
3. You can edit your Cancellation Policy and Special Instructions. The cancellation policy is perfect for setting up guidelines and instructions for canceling appointments. Special instructions are useful for businesses that are difficult to locate. You can also include parking instructions or any custom directions that your business would like clients to know.
4. You can check off things that describe your business. You can select the following:
- If you accept walk-ins
- Accepted payment types
- If there are any parking fees
- If there is WiFi access as well as a snack, beer and wine bar
- If there's a television
- If it's handicap accessible
- The languages that are spoken
4. Click Save.

4. You can also select the Policy for Children, if you accept Walk-Ins, as well as the Payment Methods accepted at your business.
5. You also can let your clients know about customer Parking and whether WIFI, Snack bar, Beer and Wine bar, and TV is available at your facility.
6. Additional options include selecting if the business has Handicap access as well as the languages that are spoken.
7. Tap Save when you're done.
