Restore a Deleted Customer – Vagaro Support

Use Undo Delete to bring back customer profiles you removed by mistake, such as a profile you cleaned up during the wrong session or a duplicate you didn't mean to remove. Choose a date, and Vagaro restores every customer profile deleted on or after that date.

Prerequisites: This feature is available for all Vagaro businesses.

On a Phone

To restore a deleted customer:

Select More → Reports → Customers.
In the top-right corner, select Action → Undo Delete.
Select the date from which you want to restore customers, then select Proceed.

Note

The further in the past you select the date, the more customer profiles will be restored. You will need to delete any unwanted customer profiles restored from this proress.

On a Computer, Tablet, Pay Desk, or PayPro

To restore a deleted customer:

Select Reports → Customers.
Select Undo Delete.
In the Undo Delete pop-up, select the date from which you want to restore customers, then select Proceed.

Note

The further in the past you select the date, the more customer profiles will be restored. You will need to delete any unwanted customer profiles restored from this proress.
In the confirmation pop-up, select OK to confirm the number of customers restored.
