Customers can book appointments from Google Maps by selecting the Book Online button, which will take them directly to your Online Booking Page. For Google search and maps functionality, your business must be out of the free trial period, and online booking must be enabled.

To make sure that your business can be successfully found and booked via Google Maps:
In Google:

Open a Google Business account.

Verify that your name and address match what you entered in your Vagaro business profile.

Make that the Book Online button appears below your business's information:

In Google Maps, select Edit Profile, and then select Booking.

Check that there is no URL specified for Links to your online booking tools.

In Vagaro:

Confirm these settings in the Business Profile screen:

Verify that Your Vagaro name and address match what you entered in your Google Business profile.

Verify that your business profile information is up-to-date to be shown in your business listing on Google Maps.

Toggle on List Business on Vagaro.com and List Business on Google.

Verify that your Facility Information is up-to-date to be shown in your business listing on Google Maps.

Your Vagaro account must be active, out of the trial period, and more than 30 days old.

You must have had appointments within the last 30 days.
To retrieve the Google Booking appointment activity report:

Navigate to

Select the Date Range for the report.

Select All Employees and select the service providers to include in the report.

Select Customer to filter the report by a specific client, or select All Customers to include all customers in the report.

Click Submit to apply the filters.

Select Run Report. You have two types of views available:

Chart View

Grid View
-

Click Export to export the report in Excel or PDF format.

Click Print to print a copy of the report.
